On Socialist Relative Added Value Production:Connotation and Realization Path

增加价值是由劳动者在生产过程中新创造的价值,可分为必要价值和剩余价值两部分。增加价值生产包括单纯依靠活劳动投入量增加而实现的绝对增加价值生产和依赖于劳动生产率提高的相对增加价值生产两种形式。社会主义相对增加价值生产以劳动生产率提升和社会生产力进步为前提,追求的是在增加价值生产中必要价值和剩余价值所支配的物质财富长期中的同步增长,是社会的共同富裕。通过考察当代生产力条件下相对增加价值生产的种种特征,本文认为社会主义相对增加价值生产的顺利实现既要不断完善社会主义市场经济,持续推动生产力发展;还要充分发挥社会主义制度优势,构建和谐的劳动关系;同时通过消费水平的提高促进劳动者全面能力的提升。最终形成“创新—生产效率提升—增加价值增加—劳动者生活水平提高—劳动者能力发展—再创新”的社会主义再生产模式。

Added value is the value newly created by laborers in the production process,which can be divided into two parts:necessary value and surplus value.The production of added value includes absolute added value production,which is realized by simply relying on the increase in the input of living labor,and relative added value production,which depends on the improvement of labor productivity.Socialist relative added value production is premised on the improvement of labor productivity and the progress of social productive forces,and pursues the simultaneous improvement of material wealth that dominated by the necessary value and surplus value in a long run,namely the common prosperity of society.By examining the various characteristics of relative added value production under the conditions of contemporary productive forces,this paper argues that the smooth realization of socialist relative added value production requires first the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy and the development of productive forces;second a harmonious labor relationship by utilizing the advantages of the socialist system;and third the improvement of the overall ability of laborers by the improvement of consumption level.In the end,a socialist reproduction model of"innovation-production efficiency improvement-increased added value-improvement of laborers'living standards-improvement of laborers'ability-reinnovation"is formed.
