摘要
心肺复苏是心脏骤停患者的重要抢救手段。实施及时有效的心肺复苏,能够使患者恢复自主循环的同时避免发生不可逆脑损伤,挽救患者生命,因此心肺复苏一直是一个研究热点,但该领域的诸多问题仍然存在争议。随着临床医学证据的积累,心肺复苏的相关推荐治疗建议在不断更新。本文回顾了心肺复苏领域近年来热点问题和相关进展,为该领域研究者提供更多的思路。
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an important rescue method for patients with cardiac arrest.Timely and effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation can restore the patient's autonomous circulation and avoid irreversible brain injury,saving the patient's life.Therefore,cardiopulmonary resuscitation has always been a research hotspot.However,many issues in this field are still controversial.With the accumulation of clinical medical evidence,the relevant recommendations for treatment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation are constantly updated.This paper reviews the hot issues and related progress in recent years to provide more ideas for researchers in this field.
