脑电仿生电刺激仪在老年偏头痛患者中的治疗效果观察

摘要 目的探讨脑电仿生电刺激仪在老年偏头痛患者中的治疗效果,及对血液流变学的影响。方法纳入140例老年偏头痛患者,收治时间为2021年1月—2022年6月,根据治疗方法分为两组,对照组使用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,研究组叠加使用脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗。观察两组治疗效果,比较离职头痛发作程度、发作持续时间、发作频次、炎性反应、血液流变学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组对比,研究组治疗后头痛发作程度、发作持续时间、发作频次评分均更小(P<0.05);与对照组对比,研究组治疗后LPA、TNF-α、MMP-9水平均更低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的血浆黏度、全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切数值均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组腹泻、恶心、倦怠、嗜睡合计不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论老年偏头痛患者叠加使用脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗,能够使患者的头痛发作频次、程度得到有效减缓,炎性反应得到有效减轻,血液流变学得到有效改善,临床治疗效果得到明显提高,且不会增加不良反应发生率,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of EEG bionic electrostimulator in elderly patients with migraine and its influence on hemorheology. Methods 140 elderly migraine patients from January 2021 to June 2022 were included and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride, and the study group was treated with EEG bionic electrostimulator. The changes in severity, duration and frequency of headache attack, inflammatory response, hemorheology index, therapeutic effect and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the severity, duration and frequency of headache in the study group were lower after treatment(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of LPA, TNF-α and MMP-9 in the study group were lower after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity low cut and whole blood viscosity high cut values of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of diarrhea, nausea, lethargy and lethargy between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The combined application of EEG bionic electrostimulator in the treatment of elderly migraine patients can effectively slow down the frequency and degree of headache attack, reduce the inflammatory response, improve the hemorheology, and significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
