射频肝癌治疗仪治疗原发性肝癌患者的效果观察

摘要 目的探究射频肝癌治疗仪对原发性肝癌患者的效果,及对肿瘤标志物的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年5月我院收治原发性肝癌患者64例,按照患者意愿分成两组,对照组常规手术治疗,研究组接受射频肝癌治疗仪治疗。观察并对比两组疗效,相关手术指标、肝功能指标、血清肿瘤标志物指标水平,以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组的临床近期效果、临床指标更优(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的肝功能指标更优(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的肿瘤标志物水平更低(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论在原发性肝癌治疗期间,射频肝癌治疗仪的使用改善了患者的治疗情况,优化患者肝功能指标,大幅度减少肿瘤标志物与提高临床治疗安全性,近期效果显著。 Objective To explore the effect of radiofrequency therapy instrument for liver cancer in patients with primary liver cancer and its influence on tumor markers.Methods Sixty-four patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the patients'wishes.The control group received conventional surgical treatment and the study group received radiofrequency therapy for liver cancer.The therapeutic effect,the level of relevant surgical indexes,liver function indexes,serum tumor markers,and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The short-term clinical effect and clinical indexes of the study group were better(P<0.05).After treatment,the liver function indexes of the study group were better(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of tumor markers in the study group was lower(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of primary liver cancer,the use of radiofrequency therapy instrument for liver cancer can improve the treatment situation and optimize liver function indexes,greatly reduce tumor markers and improve clinical treatment safety,with significant short-term effects.
