摘要
为实现针对井下钻进设施的实时控制,研究设计了一套基于无线测量技术的煤矿工程随钻设备,综合运用倾角传感器、工具面向角传感器、磁方位角传感器等小型传感设备来采集钻井设施当前的姿态参数,通过防爆计算机对各项参数实施编码与计算,并在视频器上实现钻进轨迹参数的图形化显示。经应用试验后发现,研究所提出的煤矿工程随钻设备信号传输距离长、解调准确率高,可充分兼容结构较为简单的钻杆,控制过程稳定。
In order to realize the real-time control of underground drilling facilities,this research designed a set of coal mine engineering drilling equipments based on wireless measurement technology,which comprehensively used small sensing equipments such as inclination sensors,tool facing angle sensors and magnetic azimuth sensors to collect the current attitude parameters of drilling facilities.The parameters were coded and calculated by explosion-proof computer,and the graphical display of drilling trajectory parameters was realized on the video device.After the application test,it was found that the coal mine engineering drilling equipments proposed in this study had long signal transmission distance and high demodulation accuracy,could be fully compatible with the drill pipe with relatively simple structure,and the control process was stable.
