摘要
为满足矿山快速建立大直径超高筒仓锥壳的要求,采用伞形骨架支撑体系施工。论述了技术原理、施工流程和施工方法,通过仓体系数计算和数值模拟计算得出筒仓安全性满足生产要求,并针对模拟结果设计变形监测方案。实践结果表明,采用该施工方法可节省大量费用、缩短工期,有效克服架体下沉不均的弊端。
To meet the requirements of quickly establishing large diameter and super high silo conical shells in mines,an umbrella shaped skeleton support system is used for construction.This paper discusses the technology principle,construction process and construction method,This paper discusses the technical principle,construction process and construction method.Through the calculation of silo coefficient and numerical simulation,it is concluded that the silo safety meets the production requirements,and the deformation monitoring scheme is designed according to the simulation results.The practical results indicate that using this construction method can save a lot of costs,shorten the construction period,and effectively overcome the drawbacks of uneven settlement of the frame.
