摘要
微化工技术是在微米或亚微米设备内进行化学反应和化工分离过程的技术,核心是微设备,其小尺寸、大比表面积、流动有序等特征赋予了微化工反应工程高效传质传热、窄温度分布和停留时间控制、本质安全地进行化学反应、低成本和易于检修维护和工业化放大等优点,但在石油化工领域应用案例较少。文中主要从乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷、高纯环氧乙烷气相冷凝、碱水洗、吸收/解吸系统等石油化工行业工艺过程控制存在问题入手,对微化工技术解决方案的可行性展开分析,并探讨了微化工技术未来发展方向及待解决问题。
micro chemicalengineering and technology is a kind of technology for chemical reaction and chemical separation process in micron or sub-micron equipment.The core is micro-equipment.Its characteristics such as small size,large specific surface area and orderly flow gave micro chemical reaction engineering advantages such as high efficient mass and heat transfer,narrow temperature distribution and retention time control,inherently safe chemical reaction,low cost and easy maintenance and industrial amplification.However,there were few application cases in the field of petrochemical industry.This paper discussed the problems existed in process control in petrochemical industry,such as ethylene oxidation to ethylene oxide,gas condensation of high purity ethylene oxide,alkaline water washing,absorption/desorption system,analyzed the feasibility of micro chemicalengineering and technology solutions,and discussedthe future development direction of micro chemical technology and the problems to be solved.
