产学研用视域下体育专业人才协同培养的阐释

Explanation of collaborative training of physical education professional from the perspective of industry-university-research-application

体育事业的发展已经成为中华民族伟大复兴的标志性事业,而人才的培养是实施体育发展战略的关键因素。体育专业人才培养模式影响着体育人才队伍整体的业务素质和实践能力。为此,借鉴产学研用协同育人的培养模式对体育专业人才的培养进行分析,结果显示:在产学研用培养模式下,教师和学生在教与学的过程中能够有效地实现双向提升,能够为社会输出高素质的复合型体育人才,进而更好地适应体育强国建设进程中体育人才培养的现阶段要求。

The development of sports has become a landmark cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the cultivation of talents is the key factor to implement the strategy of sports development.The training mode of sports professional talents affects the overall professional quality and practical ability of sports talents.By referring to the cooperative education mode of“production,learning,research and application”,this article analyzes the training mode of sports professionals and gets the result that:under the training mode of“production,learning,research and application”,teachers and students can effectively achieve two-way improvement in the process of teaching and learning,and can output high-quality“compound”sports talents for the society,so as to better adapt to the current requirements of sports talent training in the process of building a powerful sports country.
