摘要
针对废弃聚酯的塑料循环利用技术,详细梳理了物理法、化学法对聚酯的解聚工艺技术、废弃聚酯切片产品市场应用情况,通过对化学法PET解聚工艺详细描述分析,得出二元醇解为单体或低聚物的化学回收法是废弃聚酯循环利用效率最高、产物利用价值最大、最高效的方法。
The global situation of white pollution plastic waste is becoming increasingly serious,and a large amount of waste plastic waste,including polyester plastic products,has caused increasingly prominent environmental pollution issues in the world.Therefore,plastic recycling technology,including waste polyester,has received widespread attention.This article has combed in detail the technical characteristics of the depolymerization process of physical and chemical polyester,as well as the market application of waste polyester chip products.Through detailed description and analysis of the chemical process of PET depolymerization,it is concluded that the chemical recovery method of decomposing binary alcohols into monomers or oligomers is the most efficient method for recycling waste polyester with the highest efficiency and product utilization value.
