One-step development of 6600dtex/768f high-strength heavy denier polyester industrial yarn

介绍了一步法6600 dtex/768 f高强粗旦涤纶工业丝的工艺路线,并讨论了纺丝温度、冷却成形、缓冷温度、牵伸热定型、卷绕工艺、喷丝板选型等对生产6600 dtex/768 f高强粗旦涤纶工业丝的影响。结果表明:选择合适的纺丝温度,降低纺丝速度,适当提高卷绕张力,增加成型角,可制得质量较好的6600 dtex/768 f涤纶工业丝。

The process route of one-step method 6600dtex/768f high-strength heavy denier polyester industrial yarn was introduced,and the effects of spinning temperature,cooling forming,heat-retarder temperature,draft heat set,winding process,spinneret selection,etc.on the production of 6600dtex/768f high-strength heavy denier polyester industrial yarn were discussed.The results showed that 6600dtex/768f polyester industrial yarn with better quality can be prepared by selecting the appropriate spinning temperature,reducing the spinning speed,appropriately increasing the winding tension,and increasing the forming angle.
