聚酯装置开车酯化投料热态模拟工艺优化浅析

摘要 聚酯装置大检修或首次开停工都需要进行热态模拟,按照原设计,热态模拟过渡到酯化投料的工艺时间较长,产生的过渡料较多,不经济。通过优化温度、压力等参数对酯化的热态进行模拟,快速从热态模拟平稳地过渡到酯化投料,合理地优化调整温度和压力,随着酯化釜液位的建立,逐渐提高浆料注入速度,缩短了开车时间,且大大减少了开车过渡料。 The polyester plant adopts the German Gemma process.The polyester plant needs to be thermally simulated for major overhaul or the first start-up and shutdown.According to the original design,the process time from thermally simulated to esterification feeding is long,and more transition materials are produced,which is uneconomical.Through research,the parameters such as temperature and pressure are optimized for the thermal simulation of esterification,and the transition from thermal simulation to esterification feeding is fast and smooth,Reasonable optimization and adjustment of temperature and pressure.With the establishment of the esterification kettle liquid level,the slurry injection rate is gradually increased,the start-up time is shortened,and the start-up transition material is greatly reduced.
