This paper mainly introduces the basic situation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler in a chemical fiber company,and describes the continuous and fixed blowdown of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,the waste heat of sewage discharge is reused by adding tubular heat exchangers,plate heat exchangers and pipe transformation,which effectively reduces energy consumption and improves the economic benefit of the company.
