基于稳定生产下甲醛催化剂使用寿命延长的应用研究

摘要 1,4丁二醇(BDO)厂的甲醛催化剂的使用寿命具有周期性,达到使用寿命时,甲醛装置需要停车进行催化剂的更换工作,进而需采购一定量的甲醛满足1,4丁二醇的生产。本文介绍了某公司甲醛装置生产现状,分析更换催化剂存在的各种隐患,通过工艺管理与技术改造延长甲醛催化剂的使用寿命,从而减少对1,4丁二醇生产的负面影响。 1,4 butanediol(BDO)is an important organic chemical and fine chemical raw material,among which 1,4 butanediol is the most important production method at present.As the source of 1,4 butanediol production,the stable operation of formaldehyde device is very important.Because the service life of formaldehyde catalyst is periodic,when the service life is reached,The formaldehyde unit needs to stop for catalyst replacement work,and then a certain amount of formaldehyde needs to be purchased to meet the production of 1,4 butanediol.This paper introduces the production status of a company's formaldehyde plant,analyzes the hidden dangers of replacing catalyst,prolonging the service life of formaldehyde catalyst through process management and technical transformation,so as to reduce the negative impact on the production of 1,4 butanediol.
