风电铸件用高强高韧球墨铸铁材料的研发与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为获得更高强度更高韧性的低温型球墨铸铁材料,在QT400-18AL材料中加入合金元素Ni、Nb进行合金化;通过对试样力学性能、金相组织、低温冲击功、疲劳性能的检测可知,Ni、Nb合金化可大幅提高QT400-18AL材料的力学性能。同时,使用该合金化QT400-18AL材料,达到了铸件质量提高与成本降低的双重目的。 In order to obtain higher strength and toughness of low temperature ductile iron,alloy elements Ni and Nb were added into QT400-18AL for alloying.The mechanical properties,metallographic structure,low temperature impact energy and fatigue properties of the samples are tested.It can be seen that Ni and Nb alloying can greatly improve the mechanical properties of QT400-18AL material.At the same time,the double purpose of improving casting quality and reducing cost is achieved by using the alloying QT400-18AL material.
