摘要
对自硬呋喃树脂砂生产球墨铸铁件的表面球化衰退引起铸件色差的问题进行研究,并作金相组织分析,根据分析结果采用FQ30pro防渗硫涂料,阻隔或中和型砂中的S进入铸件表层,解决了球墨铸铁件的表层球化不良引起的色差问题。
The problem of color difference caused by surface spheroidization degradation of ductile iron castings produced with self hardening furan resin sand was studied.The metallographic structure of ductile iron castings with surface spheroidization degradation was analyzed.Based on the analysis results,measures such as using FQ30pro sulfur resistant coating,blocking or neutralizing S in molding sand from entering the surface layer of the castings were taken to solve the color difference problem caused by poor surface spheroidization of ductile iron castings.
