康复辅助器具的社区租赁服务设计

DESIGN OF COMMUNITY RENTAL SERVICES FOR REHABILITATION AIDS

文章以服务设计理念的角度来挖掘社区中的失能老年人、残疾人、伤病患者等特殊群体对康复辅助器具的需求,为他们提供康复辅助器具租赁服务。通过对国内外康复器具的现状分析,以服务设计理念为基础,通过描绘用户画像,建构用户旅程地图,分析利益相关者地图,梳理服务蓝图,挖掘用户行为中的痛点,发现服务体验的设计机会点,搭建康复辅助器具租赁的服务系统,输出基于服务设计理念的康复辅助器具自助售卖机和租赁信息服务平台设计。通过文章的研究,以期为相关服务设计提供一定的借鉴。

This article from the perspective of service design concept,we explore the needs of the elderly,the disabled,the injured and sick in the community and other disabled people for rehabilitation aids,and provide them with rehabilitation aids rental services.Through the analysis of the current situation of rehabilitation aids at home and abroad,based on the service design concept,through depicting user portraits,constructing user journey maps,analyzing stakeholder maps,combing service blueprints,excavating pain points in user behavior,discovering design opportunities for service experience,building a service system for rehabilitation aids leasing,and outputting the design of self-service vending machines and leasing information service platforms for rehabilitation aids based on service design concepts.Through the research of this article,it is expected to provide some reference for related service design.
