基于柯氏模型评价思维导图在规培护士临床思维培训中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨基于柯氏模型评价思维导图教学法在规培护士临床思维培训中的应用效果。方法:整群抽样我院2019—2020年入职的143名规培护士,将符合纳入标准的142名规培护士随机分为对照组(72名)及试验组(70名)。对照组采用传统多媒体教学进行集中授课培训;试验组在传统多媒体教学的基础上增加思维导图教学,培训后通过柯氏模型进行4个层级的评估。结果:试验组对思维导图教学法接受度高,护理案例考核成绩、临床护理技能操作考核成绩、临床思维能力总分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:在规培护士临床思维培训中运用思维导图的方法可以有效提高其临床思维能力。 Objective:To explore the application effect of mind mapping teaching method based on Kirkpatrick model evaluation in clinical thinking training of nurses with standardized training.Methods:A cluster sampling was conducted on 143 nurses with standardized training who joined our hospital from 2019 to 2020.142 nurses who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(72 cases)and experimental group(70 cases).The control group received centralized training using traditional multimedia teaching;the experimental group added mind mapping teaching on the basis of traditional multimedia teaching.After training,four levels of evaluation were conducted using Kirkpatrick model.Results:The experimental group had a high acceptance of the mind mapping teaching method with higher scores in nursing case assessment,clinical nursing skill operation assessment,and total clinical thinking ability scores than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of mind mapping in clinical thinking training for nurses with standardized training can effectively improve their clinical thinking abilities.
