“混凝土结构设计”课程目标达成评价与持续改进

摘要 工程教育认证以“产出导向”为理念建设人才培养体系,以毕业要求为准绳综合评价人才培养质量,以课程教学实现对毕业要求的支撑,以课程评价作为毕业要求的支撑,课程目标达成评价是毕业要求达成评价的主要依据,是课程“持续改进”的基本前提。先分析“毕业要求”“课程目标”“达成评价”“持续改进”的内在联系,再以“混凝土结构设计”课程为例,设计课程目标达成评价方案并提供达成评价实例,分析达成评价结果,制定持续改进措施并分析改进效果。 Engineering education certification takes output orientation as the concept to build a talent training system,takes graduation requirements as the criterion to comprehensively evaluate the quality of talent training,takes curriculum teaching as the support for graduation requirements,and proves the support of graduation requirements by curriculum evaluation.The evaluation of curriculum goal achievement is the main basis for the evaluation of graduation requirements and the basic premise of curriculum continuous improvement.First,the internal relations of graduation requirements,curriculum objectives,evaluation,and continuous improvement are analyzed,then taking the course of"Concrete Structure Design"as an example,this paper designs the evaluation scheme of course goal achievement and provides an example,analyzes the evaluation results,formulates continuous improvement measures,and analyzes the improvement effect.
