高职院校校级共享型钳工实训教学条件建设标准的研究

Research on the Construction Standards of School-level Shared Fitter Training Teaching Conditions in Higher Vocational Colleges

在研究教育部高职专业教学标准和专业实训教学条件建设标准的基础上,从学校的层面出发,提出基于各专业相同技能需求而不是从专业本身出发构建校级、共享型实训室建设标准的框架、方法和内容。共享型实训室由不同的子实训室组成,子实训室以技能项目为依据建设,子实训室建设标准满足或者高于国家标准对相应实训项目条件的要求,不同子实训室的组合便可以满足不同专业的需求,对子实训室进行扩充便可以满足更多专业的需求。以装备制造大类和交通运输大类专业所需钳工技能实训为例,开发共享型钳工实训室校级建设标准,除了规定实训室的设备配置等常规要求外,还提出了实训室应能开设的实训项目及相应的考核标准和师资要求,以满足各专业的实训教学要求,统筹学校实训资源建设。

Based on the study of the Ministry of Education's standards for teaching higher vocational professions and the construction standards for professional practical training conditions,a framework for school-level shared practical training rooms is proposed.The framework is based on the common skill needs of each profession,rather than the profession itself.The sub-training room construction standards must meet or exceed the national standards for the corresponding practical training projects.Different sub-training rooms can be combined to meet the needs of different majors,and the expansion of sub-training rooms can accommodate the needs of more majors.Take the fitter skills practical training required by equipment manufacturing and transportation majors as an example,develop shared fitter training room school-level construction standards,which not only stipulate the regular requirements such as equipment configuration of the training room,but also propose the practical training projects and corresponding assessment standards and teacher requirements that the training room should be able to open,so as to meet the practical training teaching requirements of each major and coordinate the construction of practical training resources of the school.
