孔子道:“言必行,行必果”,诚信作为一种传统美德是增强国家国际竞争力和影响力的重要保障。基层公务员作为从事国家和社会管理的重要群体,其诚信建设就显得尤为重要,所以如何加快基层公务员诚信建设是具备紧迫性与时效性的研究。在阐述基层公务员诚信的相关概念及要求的基础上,分析当前形势下的基层公务员诚信建设的影响因素,进而探析优化基层公务员诚信建设的路径,以期对推进基层公务员诚信建设有所裨益。

Confucius said:"words must be done and deeds must be done".As a traditional virtue,integrity is an important guarantee to enhance the international competitiveness and influence of a country.As an important group engaged in national and social management,the integrity construction of grass-roots civil servants is particularly important.Therefore,how to speed up the integrity construction of grass-roots civil servants is an urgent and timely research.On the basis of expounding the relevant concepts and requirements of the integrity of grass-roots civil servants,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the integrity construction of grass-roots civil servants under the current situation,and then explores the path to optimize the integrity construction of grass-roots civil servants,with a view to promoting the integrity construction of grass-roots civil servants.
