习近平总书记强调:“要运用新媒体新技术使工作活起来,推动思想政治工作传统优势同信息技术高度融合,增强时代感和吸引力。”首先对新时代高校网络思想政治教育的研究现状进行整体回溯,进而探寻其意义价值,最后探索可行性的路径和措施。从“建立常态化、长效化网络思想政治教育育人机制”“优化网络思想政治教育的育人内容”“强化线上线下联动的网络思想政治教育宣传矩阵”三个维度,形成全方位、立体化网络思想政治教育体系,着力营造积极向上、温馨和谐、春风化雨的德育氛围。

President Xi Jinping puts an emphasis on that new media and advanced technology should be applied to the education of ideology and politics so as to make the education alive and welcomed.The traditional ideological and political education would be functional with the help of modern information technology.”Starting from the research status of college online ideological and political education in the new ear,the thesis elaborates on the significance and value of college online ideological and political education,investigates the practical paths and measures to online ideological and political education of colleges and universities.Finally,an omnibearing and stereoscopic system of online ideological and political education is constructed to cultivate a positive,immersed and harmonious education atmosphere from three dimensions,that is establishing a normalized and long-term mechanism of online ideological and political education,optimizing the education content and building a publicity matrix of ideological and political education combined with online and offline directions.
