摘要
本文针对现行的全栓接钢结构梁柱节点对接施工技术进行研究,创新性地设计了一种全栓接钢结构梁柱节点对接微调装置,形成了一种全栓接钢结构梁柱节点对接创新施工技术。创新施工技术的应用,改变了采用撬棍或倒链对钢梁进行调整成采用起重机械进行调整的传统安装方法,解决了全栓接钢结构施工中对高强螺栓安装精度高的问题,减少了机械和劳动力的投入,提高了施工效率和施工安全性,确保了施工精度和施工质量。最终以实际项目应用验证,该创新技术先进可靠、经济适用、加快施工进度且节约成本,在全栓接钢结构梁柱节点对接施工方面具有显著的可推广性。
In this paper,the current construction technology of fully bolted steel structure beam-column joint butt joint is studied,and a fully bolted steel structure beam-column joint butt adjustment device is innovatively designed,forming an innovative construction technology of fully bolted steel structure beam-column joint butt joint.The application of innovative construction technology has changed the traditional installation method of using crowbars or chain blocks to adjust steel beams to using lifting machinery for adjustment,solving the problem of high installation accuracy for high-strength bolts in the construction of fully bolted steel structures,reducing the investment in machinery and labor,improving construction efficiency and safety,and ensuring construction accuracy and quality.Finally,it was verified by practical project application that this innovative technology is advanced and reliable,economical and applicable,speeds up construction progress,and saves costs.It has significant scalability in the butt joint construction of fully bolted steel structure beam column joints.
