摘要
通过可调节螺栓连接钢模板体系及钢板铣边倒角的预制看台生产工艺,缩短模板改制工作量作业时间,提高模板拼缝密封性;再结合精准定位放线、BIM技术预拼装检查等手段,实现了看台构件精准吊装;同时对U形栏板进行拆解,采用加设临时支撑及预留现浇板带的施工方式,克服了传统施工工艺中U形栏板运输及吊装过程中的易产生损伤及安装定位难的难题。最终保证了大跨度马鞍形清水混凝土预制看台板施工质量,积累的施工经验可供类似工程参考。
Through the adjustable bolt connection steel formwork system and the prefabricated stand production process of steel plate milling and chamfering,the work time of formwork reforming is shortened,and the sealing performance of the formwork seam is improved;combined with precise positioning and laying off,BIM technology pre-assembly inspection and other means,realize the precise hoisting of the stand components;at the same time,the U-shaped fence is disassembled,and the construction method of adding temporary supports and reserved cast-in-situ slab belts is adopted,which overcomes the easy transportation and hoisting process of the U-shaped fence in the traditional construction technology.The problems of damage and difficult installation and positioning are caused.Finally,the construction quality of the large-span saddle-shaped fair-faced concrete prefabricated stands is guaranteed,and the accumulated construction experience can be used as a reference for similar projects.
