摘要
静力试验通过地面施加外载荷模拟飞机结构真实受载情况,逐级加载并逐级测量结构位移、应变响应。试验过程中数据的实时分析与预警,可以及时发现试验异常数据,监控试验件状态,提高静力试验实施的安全性。该文研究相关性、斜率变化等试验数据分析方法,开发静力试验数据预警软件,实现静力试验中实时数据分析与预警,数据线性、重复性分析,正式试验快速结论等功能,提高静力试验中响应数据可视化、结果可视化能力。
The static test simulates the real load condition of the aircraft structure by applying external load on the ground,and measures the structural displacement and strain response step by step.The real-time analysis and early warning of data in the test process can detect abnormal test data in time,monitor the state of test parts,and improve the safety of static test.The methods of test data analysis such as correlation analysis and slope change are studied,and the early warning software of static test data is developed,which realizes the functions of real-time data analysis and early warning,linear and repetitive analysis of data in static test,and rapid conclusion of formal test,thereby improves the ability of visualization of response data and results in static test.
