摘要
近20年来,我国煤层气资源开采取得很大进展,但产业瓶颈日益凸显,具体表现为单井产量低、有效动用率低、成本效益倒挂等问题,实际产量与目标产量存在较大差异,影响商业开采。为查明产气量影响因素,针对沁水盆地柿庄、南燕竹等区块选取22口压裂水平井典型参数进行灰度关联法分析。研究表明,水平段纯煤进尺、井筒与地层最大主应力方向夹角、水平段倾角为影响煤层气井产量的主控因素,合理的井眼轨迹有利于最大化储层动用和煤层气排水解析,对指导后续改进水平井钻完井参数,确保我国煤层气产业稳步实现商业开发具有现实意义。
In the past 20 years,great progress has been made in the exploitation of coalbed methane resources in China,but the industrial bottleneck has become increasingly prominent,such as low output per well,low effective operating rate,inverted cost-benefit and so on.There exists a great difference between the actual production and the target production,affecting commercial exploitation.In order to find out the influencing factors of gas production,the typical parameters of 22 fracturing horizontal wells in Shizhuang and Nanyanzhu blocks of Qinshui basin were analyzed by gray correlation method.The study shows that the pure coal footage in the horizontal section,the angle between the maximum principal stress direction of the wellbore and the formation and the inclination angle of the horizontal section are the main controlling factors affecting the production of coalbed methane wells,and a reasonable wellbore trajectory is beneficial to maximize reservoir production and coalbed methane drainage analysis.It is of practical significance to guide the follow-up improvement of horizontal well drilling and completion parameters and to ensure the steady commercial development of China's coalbed methane industry.
