摘要
随着地铁建设周边环境及地质水文条件越来越苛刻、复杂,传统单一的盾构端头加固方法很难再适应解决盾构始发过程中的多重客观问题,为达到缩短施工周期,节约建设成本,始发安全可靠的目标,行业中逐渐尝试多元化新型组合盾构始发工艺。该文结合工程实例和理论分析,论述采用短钢套筒辅助技术的新型组合工法可有效解决液化地层盾构始发中的主要风险,为液化地层没有端头地面加固条件或优化传统加固的盾构始发提供借鉴与参考。
As the surrounding environment of subway construction and the geological and hydrological conditions become more and more rigorous and complex,the traditional single shield end reinforcement method is difficult to adapt to solving multiple objective problems in the process of shield launching.In order to shorten the construction cycle,save construction costs,and start safely and reliably,the industry gradually tries to diversify the new combined shield launching process.Based on engineering examples and theoretical analysis,this paper suggests that the new combined construction method with short steel sleeve auxiliary technology can effectively solve the main risks in the starting of shield tunneling in liquefied strata,thus providing reference for the starting of shield tunneling in liquefied strata without end ground reinforcement conditions or optimizing the traditional reinforcement.
