高层建筑工程铝模全现浇外墙施工技术 被引量:3

摘要 为提高铝模全现浇外墙技术优势,并研究其在高层建筑工程施工建设中的效果。以铝模全现浇外墙施工技术作为切入点,研究铝模全现浇外墙技术的工艺原理和施工特点。通过铝模板安装、水电管线预埋、结构拉缝施工、混凝土浇筑、铝模纠偏、外窗墙洞口处理、防水施工和模板拆除等关键环节,详细阐述铝模全现浇外墙技术工艺流程。结果表明,相比传统住宅外墙砌体结构,铝模全现浇外墙技术的稳定性好、承载力强、混凝土表面质量平整,可减少抹灰工艺,墙面质量好。在实际施工过程中采用全混凝土外墙与铝模结合的快速施工工法,取得了较好的效果。 In order to improve the technical advantage of aluminum mold full cast-in-situ exterior wall,and study its effect in high-rise building construction.Taking the construction technology of aluminum mold full cast-in-situ exterior wall as the starting point,the process principle and construction characteristics of aluminum mold full cast-in-situ exterior wall technology are studied.Through the key links of aluminum formwork installation,water and electricity pipeline embedment,structural joint construction,concrete pouring,aluminum formwork correction,external window wall opening treatment,waterproof construction,formwork removal,etc.,the technical process of full cast-in-situ aluminum formwork external wall is described in detail.The results show that compared with the traditional residential exterior wall masonry structure,the aluminum mold full cast-in-place exterior wall technology has good stability,strong bearing capacity,flat concrete surface quality,reduced plastering technology,and good wall quality.In the actual construction process,the rapid construction method of combining the full concrete exterior wall with the aluminum mold has been adopted,which has achieved good results.
