微型钢管静压桩在高层住宅楼基础不均匀沉降事故中的应用

摘要 某高层住宅楼因地质复杂,桩基未进入持力层,建成后临近建筑物基坑降水,造成该建筑物主体严重倾斜。根据地基沉降变形及工程地质条件,提出钢管静压桩与筏板相结合的托换加固设计方案,就加固方案比选、施工工艺及施工过程中注意的问题和处理方法进行阐述,为类似的地基加固工程中微型钢管静压桩加固设计提供一定的参考。 Due to the complex geology of a high-rise residential building,the pile foundation did not enter the bearing layer.After completion,the foundation pit of the adjacent building was dewatering,resulting in a serious tilt of the main body of the building.According to the foundation settlement deformation and engineering geological conditions,this paper puts forward the design scheme of underpinning reinforcement combining steel pipe static pressure pile and raft,and expounds the comparison and selection of reinforcement scheme,construction technology,problems and treatment methods in construction process,which provides some reference for the reinforcement design of micro steel pipe static pressure pile in similar foundation reinforcement engineering.
