人力资本、社区认同与农村居民社区参与意愿——基于江苏数据的实证研究

Human Capital,Community Identity and Willing of Community Participation of Rural Residents:An Analysis of the Data in Jiangsu Province

居民参与是农村基层社会治理的重要环节和基本保障。本文将社区参与分为社区经济发展和社区志愿服务两个维度,基于对江苏省农村地区1363份问卷的统计分析,着重探讨人力资本和社区认同两个因素对居民社区参与意愿的影响。研究发现,农村居民对社区经济发展和社区志愿服务的参与意愿都较强;人力资本对居民社区参与意愿的作用因参与类型不同而略有差异,社区认同对社区参与意愿的影响具有共性。对此,可以动员具有较高文化程度、拥有一定政治身份的个体,由他们带动更多居民参与社区建设;通过加大舆论宣传、引进社工服务、搭建居民代表议事会平台等方式提高居民的社区归属感,进而促进他们对农村社区建设的深度参与。

Resident participation is an important link and basic guarantee for rural social governance.Based on the statistical analysis of 1363 questionnaires in rural areas of Jiangsu Province,this article focuses on community economic development and community volunteer services,and tries to find the impact of human capital and community identity on rural residents’willingness to participate.The results show that rural residents are more willing to participate in community economic development and community volunteer services,many variables of human capital and community identity have effects on the community participation of rural residents.The impact of human capital varies with different types of participation,and the impact of community identity on participation willingness is common.Based on this,we can first mobilize those rural residents who have a high level of education and political identity to unite,and through them,more rural residents can participate in community construction;at the same time,expanding public opinion,providing social work services,and conducting residents’representative councils are also effective ways to improve their community identity and promote their participation in community construction.
