大跨径钢桥面铺装树脂薄层罩面养护研究

The Resin Thin Layer Overlay for Long-span Steel Bridge Deck Pavement Maintenance

以国内大跨径钢桥面铺装养护工程为例,研究了环氧树脂薄层罩面养护技术的应用和性能。针对大跨径环氧沥青混合料桥面铺装存在的裂缝、坑槽、抗滑性能不足等问题,提出了一种渗透型、稳定型环氧树脂薄层罩面养护技术。通过室内力学性能试验、有限元数值模拟与实体工程应用,研究了环氧树脂薄层罩面养护技术的可靠性。研究结果表明,环氧树脂薄层罩面可以有效封闭铺装裂缝,提升铺装层的整体使用性能。

The application and performances of the resin thin layer overlay were studied based on the maintenance project of a long-span steel bridge deck pavement.The resin thin layer overlay with high permeability and stability was proposed to solve the diseases(cracks,potholes and lack of slip resistance)in the steel bridge deck pavements.The advantages of the resin thin layer overlay technology were verified by the lab tests,finite element analysis and engineering application.The results of the study show that the resin thin layer overlay can effectively repair the cracks and can improve the whole performances of the bridge deck pavement.
