基于不同规范标准农村公路评定差异探讨

Discussion on the Difference of Rural Highway Evaluation Based on Different Standards

为充分了解《公路技术状况评定标准》(JTG5210—2018)与《低等级农村公路技术状况评定指南》对于低等级农村公路技术状况评定结果的影响,结合云南省农村公路数据,对两本规范路面技术状况评定的内容变化和实际路况评定数据进行对比分析,分析表明:技术等级三级及以下的农村公路按照《低等级农村公路技术状况评定指南》进行路面技术状况检评,各路面技术状况指标的评定结果都会有不同幅度的提升,更加贴合实际路况,使低等级农村公路检评工作精准度提高,为后期全省农村公路的管养体系的建立奠定基础。

In order to fully understand the impact of Highway Technical Status Assessment Standard(JTG5210—2018)and Guide for Evaluation of Technical Status of Low Grade Rural Roads on the evaluation results of low grade rural roads,this paper combined with the data of rural roads in Yunnan Province,compared and analyzed the changes in the content of the two standards of pavement technical status assessment and the actual road condition assessment data.The analysis shows that:the rural roads with technical grade three or below shall be inspected and evaluated in accordance with the Technical Condition Evaluation Guide for Low-Grade Rural Roads.The evaluation results of each pavement technical condition index will be improved in different amplitude,which will be more in line with the actual road conditions,improve the accuracy of low-grade rural road inspection and evaluation,and lay a foundation for the establishment of the provincial rural road management system in the later stage.
