基于性能设计的碱激发混凝土柱徐变试验研究

摘要 基于性能设计的碱激发混凝土克服了混凝土凝结时间短、可施工性能差的致命缺点。对此混凝土进行了徐变试验研究,探究在恒温恒湿条件下强度等级和配筋率对徐变系数的影响。结果表明,提高强度等级可以减少碱激发混凝土徐变系数;配筋率越大,钢筋的抑制作用越强,徐变系数越小。基于老化理论推导的钢筋混凝土徐变系数计算式与碱激发混凝土适用性良好,可用于预测碱激发钢筋混凝土徐变系数。 Performance-based alkali-activated concrete overcomes the fatal disadvantage of short setting time and poor workability.The creep test of this kind of concrete is carried out to explore the influence of strength grade and stress-ratio on the creep coefficient under the condition of constant temperature and humidity.Results show that increasing the concrete strength grade can reduce the creep coefficient of concrete.The larger the reinforcement ratio,the stronger the inhibition effect of the reinforcement and the smaller the creep coefficient.The formula for calculating the creep coefficient of reinforced concrete based on aging theory has good applicability with alkali-activated concrete,which can be used to predict the creep coefficient of alkali-activated reinforced concrete.
