摘要
新疆油田某气田深冷凝液回收装置中脱甲烷塔塔底设置一立式热虹吸式再沸器,控制脱甲烷塔塔底温度,从而控制乙烷产品质量,项目建成后,该再沸器一直无法投入使用。根据热虹吸式再沸器的自循环原理及基于压力平衡下的立式热虹吸式再沸器安装高度的计算,分析得出再沸器安装高度过低,导致循环推动力偏大,无法有效建立热虹吸循环。通过控制单一变量法,对循环推动力及各部分压降进行优化分析,推荐于再沸器入口管线增加一只调节阀,控制再沸器入口管线摩阻,从而建立热虹吸循环,该项目完成改造投用取得了较好效果。
A vertical thermosyphon reboiler is installed at the bottom of the demethanizer in the cryogenic condensate recovery unit of a gas field in Xinjiang Oilfield to control the temperature at the bottom of the demethanizer so as to control the quality of ethane products.After the project’s completion,the reboiler could not be put in use.According to the analysis of the self circulation principle and the calculation of the installation height of the vertical thermosyphon reboiler based on the pressure balance,it is concluded that the installation height of the reboiler is too low,which leads to the large driving force of the cycle and the failure to effectively establish the thermosyphon cycle.Through the single variable control method,the circulation driving force and the pressure drop of each part were optimized and analyzed.It is recommended to add a regulating valve to the inlet pipeline of the reboiler to control the friction at the inlet of the reboiler,so as to establish a thermosiphon cycle.The project has been renovated and has achieved good results.
