注汽锅炉柱塞泵防腐填料函研制及应用

Development and Application of Anticorrosion Stuffing Box for Plunger Pump of Steam Injection Boiler

稠油注汽锅炉柱塞泵承担着为锅炉供水和升压的重要作用,其核心部件填料函用于承装密封高频往复运行柱塞的盘根。柱塞泵填料函故障突发性强,维修周期长而且难度大。研究了注汽锅炉供水水质特点、原厂柱塞泵填料函材质,分析了柱塞泵填料函腐蚀机理,进行了柱塞泵新型防腐填料函的材质选择、性能评价、关键加工工艺控制以及新产品室内挂片腐蚀试验。新型防腐填料函技术指标满足现场需求,具有安装便捷、现场适应性强的特点。新型防腐填料函的应用延长了柱塞泵的使用寿命,提高了锅炉运行效率,达到了安全注汽生产目的。

The heavy oil steam injection boiler plunger pump plays an important role in supplying water and boosting pressure to the boiler.Its core component,the stuffing box,is used to hold the packing of the sealed high-frequency reciprocating plunger.The stuffing box failure is sudden,and the maintenance cycle is long and difficult.The water quality of steam injection boilers,the material of the original plunger pump stuffing box,and the corrosion mechanism of the plunger pump stuffing box were studied.A new anticorrosion stuffing box was developed,and its material selection,performance evaluation,key processing technology control and new products indoor coupon corrosion test were completed.The technical indicators of the new stuffing box can meet the on-site needs,its installation process is convenient with strong on-site adaptability.The application of the new anticorrosion stuffing box can prolong the service life of the stuffing box,improve the operating rate of the boiler,and ensure the purpose of safe steam injection production.
