精对苯二甲酸氧化反应器制造吊装技术

摘要 氧化反应器是精对苯二甲酸生产的核心设备,具有直径大、质量重及长度相对短的特点。其制造过程中吊装难度很大,在车间行车起吊能力较小时,难度尤其大,按照常规方法根本无法完成吊装。通过研究分析氧化反应器制造过程中影响吊装的各种因素,得到了几个关键步骤的吊装可行性方案,解决了行车起吊能力小的情况下,氧化反应器分段翻身吊装、分段旋转和整体吊装的难题,为类似产品和工况的吊装提供了技术参考。此技术的应用推广也有利于提高车间及行车有效利用率,同时确保生产制造的顺利进行。 Purified terephthalic acid(PTA)oxidation reactor is the core equipment of PTA production,which has the characteristics of large diameter,heavy weight and a relatively short length.The lifting process is very difficult,especially when the workshop crane has a low lifting capacity,and cannot be completed by conventional methods.The various factors affecting lifting in the manufacturing process of oxidation reactor are studied and analyzed,and the feasibility scheme of lifting in several key steps was obtained,which solved the difficult problems of turning over and lifting in sections,rotating in sections,and whole vessel lifting under small crane lifting capacity.It provides a technical reference for the lifting of similar products and working conditions.The application of this technology will also help to improve the efficient utilization of the workshop and the cranes while ensuring the smooth running of production.
