摘要
以信息技术促进教育公平始终是我国教育改革与发展的重大实践命题。随着教育信息化深度融合进程的加速,教育信息化进入教育数字化转型发展阶段,数字教育为教育公平带来了新的发展环境和新的机遇。在乡村振兴和教育优质均衡发展的时代背景下,教育信息化促进教育公平实践现状如何,正遭遇什么问题,以及如何突破等需要理清。本研究提出了我国教育信息化助力教育公平的五个阶段,预测了教育信息化助力教育公平发展的未来趋势,提出了当下信息化视角下教育公平存在的问题及其原因,阐明了教育新基建加速数字教育公平“高层次、高点位、协调、升级”发展突破的关键点,以及数字教育促进教育公平发展的政策建议。研究结论可为我国数字教育促进教育公平提供参考。
Education equity has always been a focus of concerns and interests in the development of education in China.With the development process from integration,fusion,to deep fusion,education informatization in China has entered the stage of digital transformation and development of education since 2022.Digital education has brought about new development environments and opportunities for education equity.In the context of rural revitalization and balanced development of education,it is necessary to clarify the current status of promoting education equity through education informatization,to identify the challenges faced,and to explore strategies to meet those challenges for further breakthroughs.This paper identifies five stages of the promotion of education equity through educational informatization:educational digitalization promoting education equity,the formation of the Internet based social education services,the development of the Internet based education service model for promoting education equity,the full ecological expansion of Internet based education services with schools,and the optimization and sharing of digital education equity under the guidance of the“double reduction”policy.Based on this,the paper predicts the trends of promoting education equity through educational informatization.With findings from analyses,the paper summarizes the problems and their attribution in education equity from the perspective of digitalization,clarifies the key breakthrough for accelerating digital education equity through new education infrastructure,and makes policy recommendations for promoting education equity through digital education.Its conclusions provide reference for the future development of promoting education equity through digital education in China.
