徽州传统村落火灾风险评估研究

Fire Risk Assessment and Prevention and Control Strategy of Huizhou Traditional Villages

近年来,传统村落火灾频发,造成严重损失。本文选取徽州传统村落作为研究对象,归纳徽州传统村落规划布局特征及建筑火灾蔓延特点,构建徽州传统村落火灾风险评价指标体系,同时运用层次分析法、熵权法和模糊评价法,建立徽州传统村落火灾风险评价模型,并选取实例进行评估。本文构建的评价体系与模型,完善了常规智慧消防不适应传统村落使用业态变化的不足,针对实例评估结果,提出火灾预警提升策略,为传统村落火灾风险防控提升提供保障。

In recent years,fires often occur in traditional villages,causing serious losses.This paper selects Huizhou traditional villages as the research object,summarizes the characteristics of villages planning layout and building fire spread,constructs the fire risk evaluation index system of Huizhou traditional villages,and uses hierarchical analysis method,entropy weight method and fuzzy evaluation method to establish the fire risk evaluation model of Huizhou traditional villages,and selects examples for evaluation.The evaluation system and model constructed improve the deficiencies of conventional intelligent firefighting that are not adapted to traditional villages,and fire warning enhancement methods are proposed for fire prevention and control enhancement in traditional villages.
