目的概述泊洛沙姆(Poloxamer)在原位凝胶制剂中的应用。方法查阅近年国内外关于泊洛沙姆应用在各种途径给药的原位凝胶制剂的相关文献,并对其进行归纳,整理与总结。结果泊洛沙姆是一类热敏性高分子聚合物,在不同的生理温度下可以实现溶胶到凝胶的转变,在皮肤给药、粘膜给药、口服给药和注射给药过程中都得到了广泛的应用。结论泊洛沙姆在原位凝胶制剂中有着广泛的应用前景。

Objective To summarize the application of poloxamer in in-situ gel preparations.Methods In recent years,the domestic and foreign related literature on the application s of poloxamer in situ gel formulations for administration in various routes were reviewed,and they were sorted and summarized.Results Poloxamer is a kind of heat-sensitive polymer,which can realize the transformation from sol to gel at different physiological temperatures.It has been widely used in skin administration,mucosal administration,oral administration and injection administration.Conclusion Poloxamer has a broad application prospect in in-situ gel formulations.
