The work incentive mechanism of river and lake chief system is of great significance to promote the system from“name”to“substance”.Studying the types and characteristics of the incentive mechanism,this paper analyzes the practical application of different incentive mechanisms in the work of the river and lake chief system in different areas,reveals the main problems existing in the construction of the incentive mechanism,and puts forward the measures and suggestions to further improve the incentive mechanism of the river and lake chief system.
