河湖长制工作激励机制实施情况分析

摘要 河湖长制工作激励机制对于推动河湖长制从“有名”到“有实”具有重要意义。文章在研究激励机制类型和特点的基础上,通过分析不同激励机制在不同地区河湖长制工作中的实际应用情况,揭示了激励机制建设存在的主要问题,提出了进一步健全完善河湖长制工作激励机制的对策建议。 The work incentive mechanism of river and lake chief system is of great significance to promote the system from“name”to“substance”.Studying the types and characteristics of the incentive mechanism,this paper analyzes the practical application of different incentive mechanisms in the work of the river and lake chief system in different areas,reveals the main problems existing in the construction of the incentive mechanism,and puts forward the measures and suggestions to further improve the incentive mechanism of the river and lake chief system.
