阿普唑仑与丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症合并睡眠障碍的效果研究

Efficacy of Alprazolam and Buspirone in the Treatment of Anxiety Disorder Complicated with Sleep Disorders

目的:分析阿普唑仑与丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症合并睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月平度市人民医院收治的焦虑症合并睡眠障碍患者68例作为研究对象,按照入院的奇偶数顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组口服阿普唑仑,观察组口服丁螺环酮,比较患者症状恢复情况。结果:对照组患者症状改善率是88.24%,观察组患者症状改善率是94.12%,2组患者疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药后对照组、观察组患者的PSQI评分、SAS及SDS均有所下降,组间分数比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组中患者出现不良反应8例,观察组中患者发生不良反应2例,对照组的不良反应发生率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的身体状况、心理状态、环境领域及认知能力测评得分均相对较低,与观察组分数比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:阿普唑仑与丁螺环酮均为治疗焦虑症合并睡眠障碍的有效药物,其中丁螺环酮应用后患者的不良反应较少,安全性更高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of alprazolam and buspirone in the treatment of anxiety disorder complicated with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 68 patients with anxiety disorders and sleep disorders admitted to Pingdu People′s Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the odd even number of admissions,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was given alprazolam orally,while the observation group was given buspirone orally,and the recovery of symptoms was compared.Results:The improvement rate of symptoms in the control group was 88.24%,while the improvement rate of symptoms in the observation group was 94.12%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of efficacy(P>0.05).After medication,the PSQI scores,SAS,and SDS of the patients in the control group and the observation group decreased,and there was a statistically significant difference in scores between the groups(P s<0.05).In the control group,8 patients had adverse reactions,while in the observation group,2 patients had adverse reactions.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of patients in the control group in terms of physical condition,psychological status,environmental fields,and cognitive ability were relatively low,with statistically significant differences compared to the scores in the observation group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Both alprazolam and buspirone are effective drugs for the treatment of anxiety and sleep disorders,among which buspirone has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
