摘要
目的:分析中医芳香疗法结合正念认知疗法对青少年抑郁症患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年10月北京中医药大学深圳医院(龙岗)临床心理科收治的青少年抑郁症患者102例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组给予中医芳香疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合给予正念认知疗法。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组HAMA、HAMD、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:中医芳香疗法结合正念认知疗法用于青少年抑郁症治疗更有利于调整患者心理状态,改善其睡眠质量,具有推广应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese aromatherapy combined with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on sleep quality of adolescent patients with depression.Methods:A total of 102 adolescent patients with depression admitted to the Clinical Psychology Department of Shenzhen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(Longgang)from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese aromatherapy,and the observation group was given mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on the basis of control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of the sleep quality between 2 groups,and Hamilton Anxiely Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between 2 groups.Results:After treatment,HAMA,HAMD and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference between 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:TCM aromatherapy combined with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy in the treatment of adolescent depression is more beneficial to the adjustment of patient′s mental state,improve their sleep quality,and has the value of popularization and application.
