Objective:To explore the effect of refined nursing on sleep quality and postpartum hemorrhage of postpartum women. Methods:From March,2017 to December,2018,68 primiparas were selected for nursing research, and they were divided into groups by random number table method. There were 34 primiparas in the control group and 34 primiparas in the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given refined nursing for 3 days. The scores of sleep state, postpartum hemorrhage and psychological state of the two groups were statistically compared. Results:After 3 days of nursing, the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the post-nursing observation group was less than that in the control group, showing significant difference(P<0.05).After 3 days of nursing, the scores of two psychological states in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of refined nursing to primiparas after delivery can improve postpartum sleep quality and psychological state, and reduce postpartum hemorrhage, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
