综合护理对小儿肺炎患儿睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Sleep Quality of Children with Pneumonia

目的:分析综合护理对小儿肺炎患儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年8月至2022年8月泉州市泉港区涂岭镇卫生院收治的小儿肺炎患儿120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较2组患者症状缓解时间及住院时间、肺功能指标、睡眠质量和不良反应。结果:观察组症状缓解时间与住院时间均较对照组短,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理前,2组患者各项肺功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组各项肺功能指标均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理前,2组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者PSQI较对照组更低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理有助于改善肺炎患儿的肺功能指标,加快患儿的转归速度,提升患儿的睡眠质量,减少不良反应,确保治疗安全,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on sleep quality of children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 120 children with pediatric pneumonia in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were included and randomly divided into two groups(observation and control groups),with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.Compare the duration of symptom relief and hospitalization,lung function indicators,sleep quality,and adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results:The duration of symptom remission and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The analysis of various lung function indexes showed no statistical value between the groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,all values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant(P s<0.05).Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score analysis showed that there was no significant difference between groups before nursing(P>0.05),but after nursing,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing is helpful to improve the pulmonary indexes of children with pneumonia,accelerate the rate of prognosis,improve the quality of sleep,reduce adverse reactions and ensure the safety of treatment.It is worth promoting.
