发展性照顾护理在重症监护室中应用对早产儿睡眠时间、住院时间的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Developmental Care in ICU on Sleep Time and Hospitalization Time of Premature Infants

目的:分析研究早产儿予以发展性照顾护理的应用价值。方法:选取2018年12月至2021年12月泉州市妇幼保健院儿童医院收治的早产儿100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组采取发展性照顾护理,比较2组各项指标(家属满意度评估值、睡眠质量测评值、体格发育指标测评值、智能发育指标测评值、并发症发生率评估值)。结果:观察组家属满意度占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组睡眠质量测评值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,体格发育指标测评值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,智能发育指标测评值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在早产儿护理期间通过予以发展性照顾护理具有降低并发症发生率、促进智能发育及体格发育的效果,且睡眠时间明显延长,住院时间缩短,家属对护理工作表示满意,很大程度上提高了护理水平。

Objective:To analyze and study the application value of developmental care for premature infants.Methods:A total of 100 premature infants admitted to the Children′s Hospital of Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given developmental care,and various indicators(family satisfaction evaluation,sleep quality evaluation,physical development index evaluation,intellectual development index evaluation,and complication rate evaluation)of the two groups were compared.Results:The proportion of family satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The evaluation value of sleep quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the evaluation values of physical development indicators(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the evaluation values of intelligence development indicators(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the nursing period of premature infants,developmental care can reduce the incidence of complications,promote the development of intelligence and physique,and significantly prolong the sleep time,shorten the length of hospital stay.The family nursing is satisfied with the work,which greatly improves the nursing level.
