分析综合护理在脑出血置管吸引手术患者中的应用效果及对睡眠的影响

To Analyze the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage undergoing Catheterization and Its Influence on Sleep

目的:分析综合护理在脑出血置管吸引手术患者中的应用效果及对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月谷城县人民医院收治的脑出血置管吸引手术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予综合护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的改善情况,采用生命质量评分、神经功能评分量表比较2组患者干预前后生命质量以及神经功能的改善情况,同时比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组护理满意度、生命质量评分及神经功能评分均显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在脑出血置管吸引手术患者中的应用效果较好,且可有效提升患者的护理满意度,改善患者的神经功能、生命质量及睡眠情况,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage undergoing catheterization and its influence on sleep.Methods:A total of 100 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage receiving catheterization operation in Gucheng County People′s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality before and after intervention.Quality of life score and neurological function score scale were used to compare the improvement of life quality and neurological function before and after intervention.At the same time,the nursing satisfaction of 2 groups was compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,nursing satisfaction,quality of life score and neurological function score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage catheterization suction surgery is good.It can effectively improve patient′s nursing satisfaction,improve patients′neurological function,quality of life and sleep conditions,which is worthy of clinical application.
