分析全程优质护理干预在肝硬化患者中的护理效果及对睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Nursing Effect of Whole-course High-quality Nursing Interventionin Patients with Cirrhosis and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:分析全程优质护理干预在肝硬化患者中的护理效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年11月谷城县人民医院普外科收治的肝硬化患者74例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程优质护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者干预前后生命质量的变化,比较2组患者护理有效率、护理依从性及并发症发生率。结果:护理干预后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分、护理有效率、护理依从率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:全程优质护理在肝硬化患者中的护理应用效果较好,能够有效降低并发症发生率,改善患者睡眠质量,提高患者的护理依从性及有效率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of whole-course high-quality nursing intervention in patients with cirrhosis and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 74 patients with cirrhosis admitted to the Department of General Surgery of Gucheng County People′s Hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given normal nursing,and the observation group was given whole-course high-quality nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after intervention between 2 groups.The MOS Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36)was used to compare the changes of the quality of life before and after intervention between 2 groups.Compare the nursing efficiency,nursing compliance and complication rate between 2 groups.Results:After nursing intervention,PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,SF-36 score,nursing effective rate,nursing compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-course high-quality nursing intervention in patients with cirrhosis of the nursing application effect is remarkable.It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients sleep quality,and improve patient′s nursing compliance and efficiency.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
