分析手术室优质护理干预对患者睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Patient′s Sleep Quality in Operating Room

目的:分析手术室优质护理干预对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年9月三明市第二医院手术室收治的手术患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予手术室优质护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,比较2组患者术后并发症及术后康复时间。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,观察组术后康复时间短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手术患者实施手术室优质护理,有利于改善患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,降低患者不良反应发生率,加快患者康复进程,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patient′s sleep quality in operating room.Methods:A total of 80 patients admitted to the operating room of the Second Hospital of Sanming City from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention in the operating room.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between 2 groups,and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms,postoperative complications and postoperative recovery time between 2 groups.Results:After intervention,PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the postoperative rehabilitation time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing in the operating room is beneficial to improve patient′s anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,accelerate the recovery process of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and use.
