观察人性化护理联合常规护理在中耳炎患者中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effect of Humanized Nursing Combined with Routine Nursingin Otitis Media Patients and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:观察人性化护理联合常规护理在中耳炎患者中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年5月谷城县人民医院收治的中耳炎患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予人性化护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的改善情况,同时比较2组患者的护理满意度、护理有效率。结果:护理干预后,观察组的护理满意度及护理有效率显著高于对照组,PSQI评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理联合常规护理干预可有效提高中耳炎患者的护理满意度,提高护理有效率,改善患者睡眠质量,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of humanized nursing combined with routine nursing in patients with otitis media and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 cases of otitis media patients admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given humanized nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality before and after intervention between 2 groups.Meanwhile,nursing satisfaction and nursing efficiency of the 2 groups were compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction and nursing efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and PSQI score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing combined with routine nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with otitis media,improve nursing efficiency,and improve patients′sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical application.
