麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理对全身麻醉患者苏醒质量及睡眠质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Anesthesia Recovery Nursing Combined with Heat Preservation Nursing on the Quality of Recovery and Sleep of Patients under General Anesthesia

目的:探讨麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理对全身麻醉患者苏醒质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年10月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的全身麻醉患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理干预,比较2组患者围术期相关指标、苏醒质量、应激反应、睡眠质量等。结果:2组手术时间、术中出血量、术中输液量比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组低体温、躁动、寒战发生率均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组完全清醒时间、气管拔出时间、麻醉后恢复室滞留时间均短于对照组,术后1 d、3 d时匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);术后观察组C反应蛋白、去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:将麻醉苏醒护理与保温护理联用于全身麻醉患者中,能进一步提升其苏醒质量,更好地控制应激反应,确保睡眠质量良好。

Objective:To explore the influence of anesthesia awakening nursing combined with heat preservation nursing on the quality of awakening and sleep of patients under general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with general anesthesia admitted to the Women and Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received anesthesia awakening nursing combined with heat preservation nursing intervention.Perioperative indicators,awakening quality,stress response,sleep quality,etc.were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative infusion volume(P>0.05).Compared with hypothermia,restlessness,and chills,the incidence in the observation group was lower(P s<0.05).The observation group had shorter complete awakening time,tracheal extraction time,and post anesthesia care unit retention time than the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores were lower than the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The postoperative C-reactive protein,norepinephrine and adrenaline in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of anesthesia awakening nursing and heat preservation nursing for patients under general anesthesia can further improve the quality of their awakening,better control the stress reaction and ensure good sleep quality.
