围术期综合护理干预在电视胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响

Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Video-assisted ThoracoscopicMediastinal Tumor Resection Effect of Application and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的:观察围术期综合护理干预在电视胸腔镜辅助下行纵隔肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年10月谷城县人民医院收治的电视胸腔镜辅助下行纵隔肿瘤切除术的患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用选用疼痛数字评分法(NRS)比较2组患者的疼痛感受,同时比较2组患者并发症发生率。结果:护理干预后,观察组PSQI评分、NRS评分、术后并发症率均显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:围术期综合护理干预在电视胸腔镜辅助下行纵隔肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果较好,可显著改善患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的睡眠质量,降低术后并发症,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with video-assisted thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 90 patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection in Gucheng County People′s Hospital from March 2018 to October 2020 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after the intervention between 2 groups,Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)was used to compare the pain perception between 2 groups,and the incidence of complications were compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,PSQI score,NRS score and postoperative complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with video-assisted thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection is good,which can significantly improve patient′s pain degree,improve patient′s sleep quality and reduce postoperative complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
